First, the good:- Excellent price.- Saved me a daily trip back into Regina.- Clean rooms.- Comfortable beds.Now, the bad:- Small rooms (but to be fair, offset by the cheap price and convenience).- Not enough soundproofing between floors. I heard every footstep in the room above me.- Now, the big problem that is the main reason for only 3 stars. There was nobody at the front desk during the night, and this was highly unusual to me. I have never stayed at a hotel where the front desk was not manned 24 hours a day. I had a problem with my room at 4am. Some sort of electronic box set into the ceiling started chirping, like a smoke detector will when it has a low battery. The beeping continued, loud and regular, every minute or so. I went to the front office to report it and the "OPEN" sign was lit, but the door was locked and nobody was there. Ringing the bell and knocking brought no response. I then phoned all of the numbers that I could find for Sangha Inn, and they all went to voice mail. I was stuck with something unknown malfunctioning in my room, and could not contact anyone. This is unacceptable and potentially hazardous. Sleep was impossible with that constant noise, and what if it was some sort of a warning device? Fortunately, it stopped after about 20 minutes and my daughter and I were able to get back to sleep.- There was a language barrier when trying to speak to the staff. I tried to explain the problem with the room in the morning when I checked out, and was told, "No English". This is also unacceptable. If you're going to run a hotel in rural Saskatchewan, it is an absolute necessity for the staff to be able to at least understand English.
Nice enough room but had to park in a field and not very clean, possibly room wasn't rented for awhile .. cobwebs

Nice place. Security minimum (our key opened our room, but was actually labeled for a different room, not sure how many different rooms our key opened). But nice rooms and good location
